By 25th May 2018, we aim to have a great tool here for managing your personal data more automatically. For now, the process is somewhat manual.

Regarding the cookies placed on your machine by Zendesk Chat (that are required to operate the chat widget you can find at the bottom right of the screen on our website), you can click the cookies link provided there to amend or remove your details or remove these cookies completely.

We do not yet currently offer a mechanism in order to remove Google Analytics cookies (though they do not personally identify you beyond an arbitrary token), and so, for now, continuing to use the website infers your continuing consent for us to make use of such cookies to record your actions while on our site. That said, if you would like to remove or disable them, your web browser should offer a mechanism to remove any cookies you like, from any website you have ever visited! To help you find ours, the analytics cookies we have placed on your machine are ‘first party’ cookies, set under the domain (Alternatively, wait and come back in May for an automatic method.)

Besides cookies, in order to exercise any of the following rights (or ask us to perform any other actions with regard to your data), you will need to contact us directly:

  • the right to withdraw consent at any time, where relevant
  • the right of access
  • the right to rectification
  • the right to erasure, or to ‘be forgotten’
  • the right to restrict processing
  • the right to data portability
  • the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation
